Doesnt read band data after the updates

The app stopped reading my UP3 band data since it was last updated. I unpaired the band and tried to re-pair it again but the app would crash everytime when its trying to look for my band. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Awesome device and app !

The band and app were easy to set up and sync. I like the integration with MyfitnessPal a lot. It would be even better if We could customize the way foods are rated, in the next iteration.

App keeps crashing

I just bought an UP2 and I downloaded the app to try and connect it. In the middle of connecting the app crashes. Every single time. Very unhappy.

Great fitness tracker but app problems

The Up3 is an amazing fitness tracker. I recently bought a new one as my old one broke. I have been trying to sync it with my iPhone through the app but the app keeps crashing. Please fix this ASAP.

New version messed up everything

My Up4 band was working great up until I downloaded this new version. Ever since I updated the app, my band says Im running miles around 12-4am most nights, so by the time I wake up Ive already gone somewhere between 7,000-10,000 miles. Obviously the sleep tracking is off too. Please fix this Jawbone! I love my UP4 and would like for it to work nicely again.

Is this thing supposed to work?

I dont know how good the app or tracker are supposed to be because every time I try to connect, the thing crashes.

Please fix the bugs. Cant connect my new tracker! Get to the screen of connection and the app crashes!!

Frustrated

Unable to sync band because app crashes. Emailed Jawbone and received automated email that a response will take 2-3 business days! So beyond frustrated!!! Switching to FitBit!!!

Used to work great...

My Up3 started acting up about 3 weeks ago. It wont track sleep properly (if at all). Even if I review sleep, which is almost every day, it still gives one total on the review page and something different on the home page. My husband has stopped using his band as it wont track anything at all!

Crashes Every time I try to sync

Not many things more worthless than UP. I had an UP24 that died under warranty. They replaced it with UP2 which fell off my wrist because of a poor clasp design. They replaced that with same bad design UP2 but now I cant get the app to sync with this one because it crashed every time with both my iPhone and iPad. Fitbit here I come!

Great app

I use this app all day and the only complaint I have is that when youre typing in your food, after you start typing the second word then it totally doesnt include any selections for the first word typed. For instance, I can type in Dannon and all the Dannon selections come up (but the items to choose from should be in alphabetical order!) and when I type the second word, Light, then all the Dannon selections disappear. This is an issue that Im sure yall can figure out how to correct, and the reason for only 4 stars.

App not tracking sleep

For the last three weeks it has just stopped tracking sleep patterns.

Since the last update the app and my Up2 arm band are not working together correctly. Sleep is not registering and when I manually put it in, the time doesnt match on the home screen. Since the sleep time is not working my steps do not register even though I have been up for a couple of hours moving around...example: says I slept til 7:30am- in reality I was up at 5:30am and was out the door and gone by 6am so none of my steps until after 7:30 counted. My husbands has the the same problem since the update. Please fix we loved it before!!!!!

Love UP and app, UNHAPPY with update

I just updated app today with the Jul 13 release and now my UP wont sync and it wont charge. I thought maybe it was my device and so unpaired it and tried to pair an old UP3 and it wont pair. Now when I try to pair either old or new, the app doesnt recognize either device and app shuts down when trying. So isnt my device, is the APP!!! Please FIX immediately!!!!

Sleep tracking isnt working

Latest update indicated the UP3 band would now automatically track sleep. No need to manually start sleep mode. After the update the band never captures sleep. In the morning I get the crunching numbers message. Ill remove the band and shower - return and still no sleep update. Press the sleep bar and it will show I went to bed at 11:30 pm and woke up at the time I opened the app (typically 6:05 am). I have to go to my Fitbit to see when it started tracking sleep and modify my UP start time to match. Magically the revised start time in UP shows I was actually asleep and in REM or deep sleep. Shouldnt need to wear a competitors fitness band to ensure sleep tracking is accurate. In fact, shouldnt have to double check and manually correct sleep tracking when it was supposedly improved to track it automatically.

Useless

My new up3 purchased 7/17 wont connect with the app. Customer support said its a known issue, and has no idea when it will be fixed. Im stuck with buggy software and a useless plastic bracelet at this point. I dont know where all the good reviews are coming from. I saw one other reviewer with the same problem out of the 300 reviews and the number of fake reviews seem to be increasing daily. Spend you time fixing your software instead of posting fake reviews jawbone!
